A MASTER

A master is your first creation. This is the one fromwhitch you will have size variation. All variation will be daughter from this one, mean you can have synchronisation : if you modify something within the master, it will be automatically synchornised on your variation. THis mean, when you create it you have to think about variation set up (size and translation)

A TEMPLATE

When you are always createing asset using the same model, then you need to create a Template. It will be your model to be use for future creation. It is helping you to industrilase your creation by creating fasternew asset just by creating from the template and changing text and sentence. It can also help your team to create new asset in few clicks without graphist competencies !

this is brandeploy section with most section. It is destinated to graphist as all options for creation are there. You have layer view and timeline with animation on the left side and all graphist options on the right side. You can switch to assistant view by clicking on the "Assistant" buttom on the top right corner.

In the workspace, locate the desired content (the first item displayed), click on […], then choose "Translate" from the dropdown menu.

To ensure a clean and smooth import, follow these steps:

**Prepare your file **

Before importing, make sure your PSD is optimized. Brandeploy helps industrialize content variations, so the fewer the layers, the better.

Best practices:

Minimize the number of layers: for example, merge multiple background layers into a single image.

* Clean your PSD: remove any hidden or unused layers.

You can use Photoshop or Photopea (a free and easy online photo editor) to do this.

**Import the file ** ****

Go to the "Creation" tab, then select "Import .psd file". Choose your file to start the import process.

🛠️ What to do if the PSD import stops or shows missing fonts? If the import process stops, you may need to click the "Retry" button to continue. If the platform detects missing fonts after import, a message will appear indicating which fonts are missing (e.g. "1 or 2 fonts missing" as shown in the screenshot below).

Click on the first missing font listed.
The platform will open the font library from your setup.
Select the replacement font you want to use for the missing one.

You need to export your content ? No worries, you can easily create specific set up:

Open your content creation
Click on the " Preference" button and select " export Config"

Once your are on the " Export" window, select the content you need to download (with the tick box) in the format you want. Specify if needed the mac size as well as the type of image you want (jpg, png). You can add specific export format by clicking on " +Add an export" and select the correct option (gif, html 5, video…)
Once selection is done, click on save config", get out from your content, and with a right click select download. The download will be automatic if content has already been generated. If you have not generated, it will take a bit more time, and you will receive an email with a link to download your your content.
