How to translate a content?
You need to translate an asset. You can select several options!
- Translate with Deepl/Google
- First, select the asset you want to translate. Then, click on the 3-dot button and choose "Translate."

- Next, choose the languages you want to translate to, and select the translation tool you wish to use. Click, and it's done!
Afterward, check and adjust the text if necessary (e.g., if the translated text is longer, you might need to slightly adjust the font size).

- Translate using Excel to allow local teams to use the perfect wording, then translate with one click
- Follow the same steps as above, but instead of selecting a translation tool, choose Excel.
- Click on "Download File." The Excel file you download is the one you need to send to your translators for them to translate into their respective languages. They will fill in the column corresponding to their language.
- For example, in the image below, the French translation should be entered in column G. Be sure to keep all columns intact.

- Once the Excel file is completed with the translated text, select the asset, choose "Translate," then select "Translate with Excel" and upload the translated Excel file. Done!
- Translate with myself mode to allow each area to translate direclty with the text layer
