Introduction

• Objective is to create multiple single-size creations or multiple-sizes creations by batch through excel import

Two options

• Import an excel file with text data and image urls
• Import a zip file including and excel file with text data and image names + image extension such as "imagename.jpg"

Step 1: download input data

• From Workspace, select CREATE
• From CREATE page, select XLS Creation import
• From menu, select:

Areas: select one or multiple areas you want to export into

Templates: select one or multiple templates you want to create from

Status: include status in data

Finaly, click "download file for import" in green

Step 2: prepare data

• Option 1: Import an excel file with text data and image urls
• Option 2: Import a zip file including and excel file with text data and image names + image extension such as "imagename.jpg"

Step 3: import data

• Select: choisir un fichier

• Click Preview, then Import 4 contents
• When cells are in red correct input excel data to fit template data requirements
