# Image Resolution / quality and Format Display

**1. Why do the format elements appear in red in the right-hand column?**
The format elements (zoom percentage, width, and height) appear in red when the imported image has too low a resolution for the desired size.

**2. What do the values displayed in red mean?**
* The **zoom %** indicates how much the image is being scaled up.
* The **width** and **height** show the applied dimensions.
When these values are in red, it means the image may become pixelated or blurry.

**3. How can I fix this image quality issue?**
You can:
* **Reduce the zoom percentage** to improve sharpness.
* **Import a higher-resolution image** to avoid quality loss.

**4. What happens if the image quality is good?**
When the image has a sufficient resolution, the format information is displayed in **black** instead of red.

**5. Do I always need to reduce the zoom % if the text is red?**
Yes, in most cases. If you cannot reduce the zoom (because the final size is required), it’s best to use an image with higher resolution.
