# How to manage export configurations?

4. Predefined settings are already saved. You can add and remove them by clicking "Add an export" ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/e/b/f/bebf369a1e109800/capture-decran-2025-10-24-a-08_1xzelbq.png =500x297)
5. It is possible to do one export and several exports at the same time of these different formats:  In mp4 for video, in gif, in jpg and png for images.

7. This takes you to the dashboard, where the content you want to work on is at the top. You then need to click on (...) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/e/b/f/bebf369a1e109800/capture-decran-2025-10-24-a-08_1nkh63q.png)
