# Editors tool is not working properly (bug), what should I do? 

Your editor tool is not working properly or you have bug? Please check the 3 below points as a first steps

* Are you using **Google Chrome**?
* Is your Google Chrome **up to date**?
* Have you tried **private browsing in Google Chrome**? (edited)

If one anwer is no then please try using the platform with new browser.

If the answer is yes to this 3 questions then ask your support team
